October 21, 2024 – It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Fethullah Gülen, the esteemed Honorary Chairman of the Rumi Forum, on Sunday, October 20, 2024. A revered spiritual leader, scholar, and advocate for peace, tolerance, and interfaith dialogue, Mr. Gülen dedicated his life to fostering mutual understanding and harmony among people of different backgrounds, cultures, and faiths.
His vision and leadership inspired countless individuals and organizations, including the Rumi Forum, to promote dialogue, education, and service to humanity. His unwavering commitment to love, compassion, and peaceful coexistence leaves an enduring legacy.
The Rumi Forum, alongside his many followers and admirers worldwide, mourns his loss deeply. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and all those whose lives were touched by his wisdom and kindness.
