Rumi Forum for Interfaith Dialogue had its first annual Ramadan Iftar Dinner on October 21st of 2004 at Washington DC’s distinguished restaurants, Levante’s.
We as Rumi Forum thank to participants of this iftar. In this iftar, leaders of various communities got together and had a chance to explore the other more. Among them was the prominent scholar of George Washington University Dr. Seyyed Hussein Nasr, Executive Director of Interfaith Conference of Metropolitan Washington Reverend Clark Lobenstein and Mr. Samuel Wagner, Acting Assistant to the Executive Director of USCCB and many other valuable guests.
