You are invited to a screening and discussion of Tears Teacher, the story of Hidefumi Yoshida who promotes the healing power of crying by travelling across Japan to help people shed tears. Yoshida is a firm believer that we all can benefit from weeping more often. During this 11- minute documentary, the self-described tears teacher tells how he touches on themes of emotional health, vulnerability, stigma, and strength. Following the screening, we will have an interactive session where all participants will be able to share reflections and comments. Do not miss this stimulating exchange!
