In order to honor our former board member`s legacy, Rumi Forum set up a fundraiser, “Trudy Conway Memorial Fund”, to support Catholic Charities USA`s efforts to help our new Afghan neighbors.

With the support of our friends, we raised $1,500.

Trudy Conway was a much loved and widely accomplished author and professor of philosophy at Mount St. Mary’s University. She also served as a board member on the Rumi Forum.

In order to honor her legacy, Rumi Forum would like to fundraise for a “Trudy Conway Memorial Fund” to support Catholic Charities USA efforts to help our new Afghan neighbors.

Trudy Conway and her family have been an advocate and supporters for Catholic Charities for years. She truly believed in their mission to be on the frontlines; providing vital resources and services to children, families, and individuals; ensuring that they are fed, sheltered, and comforted in their greatest time of need.  

We ask that in lieu of flowers, please honor Trudy by supporting this great organization and its support efforts.
