We were horrified to hear the news of the killing of eight innocent people by a terrorist on Halloween in New York. This was an attack on our values with the intent of creating fear and destroying our peace. We condemn this heinous act in the strongest terms possible. Though we are heartbroken, we are committed in our work to eradicate the hatred and radicalism that produce these kinds of terrorist acts. We extend our heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims.
