Rumi Forum condemns, in the strongest terms possible, the barbaric murder of American journalist Steven Sotloff and share the pain of his family and loved ones. This terrorist act is a blow to peace, democracy, humanity, and all religious values. Killing of innocent people can not be justified by any reason.
As it is made clear by our honorary President Fethullah Gulen recently, the brutal atrocities committed by the self-proclaimed Islamic State terrorist group deserve strongest condemnation and that these are the people who are hiding behind a false religious rhetoric.
